Pastor Randy has pastored for 46 years and worked as a certified drug and alcohol counselor for 26 of them — including years spent as counselor and director inside a state-licensed inpatient treatment facility. Before any of that, he was a young man swept into the counter-culture of the '60s and '70s, until a radical encounter with Christ at 18 changed the direction of his whole life.

He's buried a daughter. He's sat with people through their darkest nights. And through all of it, he's built a faith that doesn't flinch — the kind he now spends his life helping other people build too.
